A free Reminiscence Activity Library for families living with Dementia in Leeds.

The Memories Reminiscence Library is completely free to use, and has been set up for family members and friends of those living with dementia to help stimulate conversation and reminiscence. The resources available are enjoyable to use, aiding communication and reviving relationships that may be lost due to the symptoms of dementia. The resources are delivered and collected to your address, enabling everyone to access the library.

Discussing memories and events from the past is proven to improve the mood, mind and wellbeing of people living with dementia. A range of items are available to suit a variety of needs and ages. Current products include photographic cards covering a range of themes and decades, scrapbooks, memorabilia packs, simple jigsaws and nostalgic games.
