Referrals to this scheme can only be made by an Occupational Therapist or Physiotherapist.

Work that can be done :

• Internal stair rails / banister rails and ‘mopstick’ rails
• Newel rails for newel posts or turns on stairs
• Grab rails at one access door to the property
• Grab rails and drop-down rails for toileting
• Fixing of free standing toilet frame (FSTF) to floor.
• Grab rails for inside the property
• Securing of loose carpets
• Levelling of thresholds between rooms
• Moving furniture for downstairs living or to accommodate hospital bed or equipment.
• Fitting of one extra double socket
• Raising level of existing plug sockets
