can we offer? |

home visit to discuss any repairs and maintenance
problems, including heating and security.

offer to pay for identified and agreed works of
up to £1000
-
Provision
of information on Home Maintenance work to avert
future repair problems.

Advice
on welfare benefits and services from Care and
Repair, other statutory and non-statutory agencies
in the city, and referrals for other services
where appropriate.

advice and information service available in Urdu,
Punjabi and Bengali.
