Products are available through the brochure and also through our online shop www.supportmylife.org. We also offer more continence care products which are not in the brochure but feature in a separate continence care price list.

Make a difference to help your local community
Support My Life operates as a Social Enterprise on a not for profit basis. Any surplus from sales will be reinvested back into the organisation for the benefit of the local community to support independent living for older people and adults and children with disabilities.

Xtra Support (within Leeds and surrounding areas)
If you need any help fitting products in your home, our Xtra Support service can arrange for a quality assured tradesperson to install purchased goods at a reasonable cost.

William Merritt Centre
We are working closely with the William Merritt Centre and Occupational Therapists to ensure that clients have access to independent advice.
