Prevention of Falls Service
Are you worried about falling in your home?
If you are aged 60 or over, we may be able to help you with our Prevention
of Falls Service.
We can:
Survey your home for hazards.
Provide grab/stair rails and carry out safety
measures .
Carry out a bathing assessment and provide
equipment.
Give you practical advice about how to avoid
f alls.
Give advice about other services that you
may be eligible for.
Check that you are receiving all the benefits
that you are entitled to.
Provide the service in Urdu and Punjabi.
The service is funded by Leeds NHS
