you are aged 60 or over, with a GP in Leeds Area,
we may be able to help you with our Prevention of
Falls service.
The
service is available to any tenure and is not means
tested. |

| What
can we offer? |
|
We
can offer:
- A
free survey your home for hazards.
-
Provide grab/stair rails and carry out safety measures
.
-
Carry out a bathing assessment and provide equipment.
-
Give you practical advice about how to avoid falls.
- Give
advice about other services that you may be eligible
for.
- Check
that you are receiving all the benefits that you
are entitled to.
- Provide
the service in Urdu and Punjabi.
